This hood was quite a process. Sculpting, molding, pouring latex... but that was nothing compared to some of the artistic decisions. I knew i wanted a horse hood, but I didn't want it in classic fetish black. It took a good long while to figure out a color scheme, and if you can't tell, my coat and neck warmer helped with most of the color choice. lol.

Want your own horse hood like mine? I make them : [link]

Honestly I must say that personally I prefer a more natural approach with the eyes facing to the sides - even though I am fully aware that this narrows your field of vision immensly down.

That having said I can only say that I deeply respect the amount of work and skill you spend into your work. I like the idea of creating a blue horse head. Wow :-)

Yeah for me vision is very important, so I tried getting it to look as natural as I could while keeping in mind that an herbivores vision is not frontal. I'm glad someone else thinks that the blue is cool. I couldn't figure out what kind of natural color scheme I wanted... so I decided to just to go crazy and paint a color combo I liked.
